Hey all Holiday Hotties!! I know it is Christmas Eve, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your workout in!! Your challenge for today is a cardio one…See the video for the exercises. Perform 30 seconds of the squat with the pulse alternating with 30 seconds of squat jumps. Perform 2-3 times between sets of strength or cardio….add them into your walk with or without your dog by stopping every 2 minutes to perform one set of this OR do 3-5 sets all at once as a finisher at the end of your workout!
