Hey all! Just wanted to make a quick post to discuss a few things pertaining to the group that have been gaining importance, especially now that Smash 4 is on the horizon! - As you all know, the group has been getting quuuiiite big recently. After just a year and a half, weve already hit the big 400! Would you look at that! With such rapid growth, naturally it becomes harder to manage and maintain everything up to par. So, I would like to apologize if I or any of the others in charge ever seem a little hard to approach or rough around the edges! It can be quite hard to maintain posture under so much pressure, especially in a competitive environment where emotions are high-strung. We are trying our best!! - With that out of the way, I want to address some things regarding behaviour, both on-site and in the Facebook group. With such large numbers, we are of course going to have a variety of people with a variety of different opinions on various subject matter. This is inevitable! Of course, this is a group, and groups are meant for discussions. Joy oh joy, how great it is to have so many others Smashers to chat with! :) However, please be sure to keep your arguments to a minimum, and act with maturity. If you have serious beef with somebodys opinion, take it to private messaging! The comments are not the place for negativity and and any sort of toxicity, so from here on out, I and the other moderators of the group will be deleting/locking threads or certain posts if they get out of hand to keep things respectable. Censorship is something I believe should always be kept to a very bare minimum, so lets try to make that the case! - To continue the growth of the community, I hope you understand that we need to ensure that everybody is treated with respect and our appearance maintains maturity and a sense of composure. Regardless of whether you are posting in the Facebook group or chatting with others on Smash Wednesdays, please try to keep your language use clean! We all swear, and Im quite often guilty of it myself. But, when in a public social situation where others can hear you (especially newcomers), please try to be respectful. There are hundreds of other words you could use to replace the one that starts with an F.
