Hey all, first time pitching a panel for ACen and I did look on the forum at this years panel information, but some issues werent answered (and I intend to email the address given, but I personally like instant results so hence why Im using this fantastic page). Anyway, a few questions: 1. I want to buy an Acen badge soon as I always like to pay the lowest possible price, but I want to know if I do get any discounts for doing a panel. Should I buy a badge now and get reimbursed money later, or should I wait for the panel submissions to be open? 2. Because there will be a high male demand (its speed dating), am I allowed to charge a small fee to ensure a Guarantee to get into the panel versus waiting in line blocking off panels? If not, I do have a plan to do a pre-registration prior to the event. Would there be any issues with pre-registration? 3. Only other question I have which will probably be answered in Stay tuned on the forums is when do you expect panel submissions to be open? Thank you for any and all help.
