Hey all, just a heads up... Keep an eye out for this saturdays WOD in the park update. Info will be released tomorrow. Home WOD #9 Thursday Sept 25th 2 rounds for time: 60 Lunges (30 each leg) 30 Burpee Broad Jumps For the burpee broad jumps, do a burpee and jump as far as you can fully extending your hips and landing in a full squat position.
