Hey all you Team Cross Trainers! If you havent noticed yet, we have added two more training sessions per week to the schedule. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 530pm! Tuesdays will be strength focused and dedicated to Cross Core 180 Suspension training, and Thursdays will be dedicated to high intensity strength and cardio training and so, we will focus on Team Cross Training. Come sign up and get in on some of that action!
