Hey everybody, we, two students from Germany, are looking for a third flatmate for our flat, which is located in the city center, about 10 minutes walk to the university (LU) and also not far from the old town. The streets name is Terbatas iela 50. In the neighbourhood there are a lot of cafes and shops and some supermarkets just around the corner as well. The flat itself is fully furnished, approximately 80 square meters bis and has a huge living room and a wide kitchen. The rent is 600€ per month. Gas and water shouldnt be over 180€ per moth in deepest winter (that was the maximum last year), so that the total rent is about 260€ per person per month, probably less. Furthermore weve paid a deposit of one months rent, which well get back when were moving out. Our plan is to stay there only for half a year (until the end of january), but of course you can stay longer if you like to. If you are interested, send me a pm. Best regards, Sebastian
