Hey everybody – After a loooong summer off (and then some) we are back with more energy than ever! Many of you may know me as a local Team Beachbody coach. I’ve posted a couple of times about setting up a few workout groups and looking for people who would be interested in joining a special focus group dedicated to giving it their all with the goal of winning one of Beachbody’s Challenge prizes of $1,000, $5,000, and $100,000 just for getting into great shape. I want to help as many people locally as I can to achieve their goals and would love to be the catalyst that helps someone win the Challenge Contest from our area! I have spent the past few months investing in many new programs to run at our upcoming Fit Club workouts open to the public. If we don’t have the one that you are interested in, just let us know and we will add it to the library for an upcoming session so you can “try before you buy” or just get a good workout in with the rest of the group. Current programs include many of the ones you have seen on TV such as 21 Day Fix, PiYo, Focus T-25, and Les Mills Combat along with some other great programs including Brazil Butt Lift, Les Mills Pump, and P90X. We are starting three groups in December including a special group for those who want to commit to something now but put it off until after the holidays.
