Hey everyone I would just like to touch on a serious matter here in the case of doing face to face meeting for book swaps I think we as a community should lay down some rules to make sure our fellow students are safe not saying that I dont trust people here but it is the Internet an there creeps about. Anyways a female friend of mine was going to meet someone (I want disclose location etc for obvious reasons) to buy a book an well obviously the encounter was a bit weird as once he found out she was with a guy he did a no show an was sending vague texts as to his where abouts so the meeting didnt go through due to the lack of communication an him just all round weirdness upon finding she wasnt alone which kind of had me creeped out. Has anyone else particularly girls had any weird meetings? I was just wondering coz it seems like some people arent using this group for its main purpose an there might actually be some creeps about make sure if you do go for a meeting you take a friend or you meet in a crowded public place.
