Hey everyone. Im about 90% sure I ran into a stolen dog yesterday afternoon around 1pm. Im sort of a dog freak and I recognize little things about dogs most people wouldnt. Like the way they act and look. When I saw this dog there was a marking/spot on him that really stood out to me because of all the foster dogs Ive had I recognize allergy spots on dogs. This dog had that. Then today while looking for a friend who found a lost dog in Portland I came across an ad for a missing dog on the coast. When I clicked on the picture I couldnt believe it and instantly recognized the dog. Luckily the man who was walking this dog I saw yesterday lives in my area and I would recognize the dog again if I saw him. Now I know his name too. Ive contacted the owners and let them know. Can others around Newport PLEASE help and keep an eye out for this dog and contact me if you think you know him or have recently seen him. Hes been missing sense the middle of Nov. His name is Angus. He was lost up North on the coast (Mazanita I believe) while on the beach with his elderly owner. His is greatly missed. https://oregoncoast.craigslist.org/pet/4786189300.html
