Hey everyone, Im kind of struggling to understand how some things work in regards to getting paid. This is my first job ever where I get paid and Im not sure about the following things (Im working as an extra in a restaurant without a written contract): -Do I have to pay 5.5% for pension? (Not mentioned in the collective agreement) -Meal allowance of 5.06 EUR per day would mean I dont have to pay for the meal? -Am I entitled to 1.03 EUR for shift after 6 pm? Thank you :)
