Hey everyone , Just thought I would fill everyone in on Mias medical condition , people have been asking how she is. She was very very skinny when we got her back, but she immediately ate food treats an drank water , which she has been retaining which is good. there doesnt appear to be any signs of visible frost bite just yet , but she does have a bacterial infection in her paws , traveling up her legs. So she now has antibiotics for that. But other than that shes acting perfectly normal, playing , wagging her tail, shes very exhausted , but shes very happy :) Also, a lot of people are expressing interest in meeting Mia, so were planning to have a gathering for everyone and their dogs to celebrate Mias homecoming , and to thank you all personally for your kindness, time and effort. Were thinking January 18th to give Mia some time to heal up, but well give a definite time and place over the next few days :) Stay tuned :) We also want to extend a special thank you to Melissa Greening, for organizing the bring mia home page, and for beings i productive over social media. We couldnt have done it without you !!! Thanks to everyone who spent your whole weekend staying out late, bearing the cold, and burning your own gas, to help us out.
