Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a little clip of one of my favorite exercises with you. (And a bonus, most likely youve never seen this movement before!) Its a little bit advanced for some people, so make sure youre already very comfortable and pretty strong with plank variations before attempting it. You can use a lighter weight to make it easier, but I tend to like using a weight that really challenges the body to stabilize through the core as you press and pull. Killer full body workout with this movement, while teaching coordination and how to stabilize through the spine. It might take you a few times of doing this before you have enough coordination to do it decently, but once you get the hang of it, I think youre going to love it. How bout that?
