Hey everyone! We had a small but great meeting tonight! Here are some highlights: 1) It looks like the Great Rivers Saddle Club may assist us at the Polk County Fair on Sunday. (Yay!!!!) 2) We will officially vote on our 2015 Board of Directors at the next meeting since online voting did not generate enough responses. 3) The Palmquist Farm $100 deposit that was due at the end of January will now be moved to the end of March. (Yay!!!!) 4) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put your birthdate on the Emergency Contact Form. I forgot to add a section for it but it is pertinent information. This forms will be kept confidential except in the case of a medical emergency. 5) Dues are due by April 1st, 2015- no later. Please see the membership form for costs. It must be turned in in addition to your dues. 6) Our next meeting will be on Monday February 16th at 6:30 pm at the Village Pizzeria. 7) At our next meeting we plan to institute bylaws- so if you have ideas, please bring them!
