Hey everyone, Well it’s been over 4 years since our little band Garcon Garcon first came onto the scene with our two demos for ‘take me out’ and ‘maybe tonight’. So much has happened since then… music, tours, videos, remixes, licencing, everything – it has literally been an busy, awesome, and truly surreal period in our lives. It’s with a heavy heart that we are today announcing that we will no longer be moving forward with the band or writing new material under the Garcon Garcon name. This isn’t a decision that we have made lightly. With a lot of distance currently between us location wise, and with a desire to each follow new directions and take on different creative projects, we feel the time has come. We would like to say a massive thankyou to everyone who has worked with and supported us through our journey, there have been so many of you, you know who you are and we send you so much love and thanks. Four years ago we never thought for a moment that anyone would actually pay money to buy one of our songs, let alone go to our shows or come say hi to us on the street. It has literally been insane and so immensely humbling – thank you. As such, we are both really proud of our achievements as a band – these were some of the best moments for us.
