Hey everyone, after listening to the podcast Mike posted, I thought I would share. Some of you may have heard of barbell shrugged before, this is an episode with Dr. Andy Galpin, he discusses his background, PhD in human bioenergetics etc.. during the episode. If you are interested more into the strength and conditioning realm this would be a great listen. There is also a small discussion of the possible misconception of needing to improve endurance or is it really a max strength issue among older populations needing rehab.
