Hey folks, Flapjack here! For those of you who might not have heard yet, Im the new Director out at Camp Ehawee. I just helped with a major purge of old program stuff at Beloit and we uncovered some amazing old Girl Scout Roundup Tents that are in fairly good condition. I would love to be able to use them at Camporee this spring and at camp next summer but Im going to need some help getting them serviceable. They will need to be washed, seam-sealed and waterproofed. If anyone is interested in coming out to camp or the Madison service center to help me with this project I would love a few extra hands. Ill be at Ehawee on Sept 26-28 and Oct 3-5 for girl programming and Ill be around Madison the rest of the time! This could be a really fun project that helps maintain an important part of our Girl Scout history. Let me know if youre interested in this project. Im planning on putting one of the tents up this evening so Ill try to post pictures soon!
