Want to get rid of an unsightly sign, reroute an ill devised highway, or protect a historic building from demolition? Citizens, here’s your chance to engage! Bribe the bureaucrats, coerce your neighbors, and vote fraudulently— to win this game (and to save the city) requires great cunning and negotiable morals.
