Hey guys, Apparently there has been some confusion as to how the elections are going to be run tomorrow, below is a full summary: 1. All candidates running for a particular role e.g. President will have to give a 2min speech outlining their suitability for the role. 2. Each candidate no matter what your are running for will first take a question from me. You will then take a question from the committee member who is currently holding the position you are running for. We will then proceed to take a couple questions from the floor. 3. If there are multiple people running for a role, we will only have one candidate in the room doing their speech. All other candidates going for the same role will have to wait outside. 4. Once all the candidates for one particular role have answered their questions, we will ask you to leave the room and the vote will be carried out. 5. You will then all be brought in and the result will be announced. At that point if you did not get the position you want, you are welcome to re-run for a different position following all the above rules. I hope this has cleared things up.
