Hey guys, I just wanted to share my progress following my first transformation. Being a personal trainer, I thought I had a pretty good grasp on things. And I did. Coming in at 10.2% body fat I felt was nothing too shabby. Nothing could prepare me for what happened next. I had better results in 12 weeks of training than my previous 12 months. I dropped to 8.5% while still smashing personal bests on EVERY lift. Did I spend 2 hours every day in the gym? Starve myself? Nope. I followed Mp, cut my workouts in HALF and ate more delicious food than ever.
