Hey guys! Isaac here! Lol I thought I would introduce myself to those who dont know me also give a little bit of a info on my background personally and professionally. Firstly Im fully qualified Personal Trainer and studied at NZHIF (where I met and studied with Nadia) and while I have been only in the industry 15 months Ive been involved in or apart of dozens of transformations, triumphs and success stories. Truly humbling experience thus far. My passion to help those do things to better themselves through fitness and nutrition stems from my past of success and failures. I was always the super skinny kid. Very athletic and had a lot of promise through my rugby league, athletics and boxing I was involved in it made me happy and put me in my own little world. I couldnt keep still lol ants in my pants Ive been told. Being super skinny due to poor nutrition especially growing up I didnt have really any food to eat on a consistent basis (Ill post some pics soon of my skinny frame) I was always tired and low on energy. I used to think it was just how everyone felt! Fast forward a couple of years I was 18 years old, a student at tech. Partying alot eating whatever and sport took a back step. That extreme binge eating and drinking was in full affect. Alot happened personally in the next half a decade and lost my way. Weight gained and didnt know who I was. I was sad and down....really down...depressed down. Sport and fitness which is my happy place was none existing and it took a toll on my relationships with my freinds and family as I wasnt happy at all with myself and felt like I failed. Something clicked! I started to back myself and I decided to take back my life! Cut all the negative people out from my life. I was tired of dodging my own success. I signed up to the gym and it was the best decision I could have made at that given time. Everything fell into place...i made goals. First was to put on little bit of muscle loose some fat which I gathered over those years. Lost 16 kgs in 3 months from eating more cleaner. Yes 12 weeks of just eating at home was that good. I started putting on some muscle aswell! Yay lol. It was all bro science at the time. Not knowing what to do. Poor technique and no plan. But had tonnes of motivation to better myself. I signed up and got a p.t to train me and really do this properly. After my amazing results I had achieved I thought to myself ...Geez Id love to help others reach their personal goals! With a quick Google search I found my coarse and signed up immediately lol OK so not so short this story is...my bad but I think Ill continue the rest another day. Ill post these pics aswell so dont laugh to much lol. Im here to help everyone reach there potential. ..goals small and big. Thanks guys I will bombard you with last part of story soon haha 😁💪👌
