Hey guys!! This is ME, a busy mom who struggled with her weight for years. These are my results from my hard work over the past 6 months!! See, Im a single mom, I am super busy, and I dont have the time, money, babysitter, or energy to go to the gym everyday, but I needed SOMETHING to change. I didn’t think that an at home workout program would motivate me to stay with it, but it did!!! My question to you is: Do you want to work on yourself and do something for you?? No this isnt a quick fix, a magic pill or anything that is UNHEALTHY for your body. This goes back to basics. This WILL need YOUR commitment to WORK HARD, eat healthy and follow the unique container system so that you DO NOT have to track calories, carbs, points, macros, etc.. Want simple? THIS is simple!! Simplified nutrition, simplified fitness! This taught me how to make this a lifestyle, how NOT to deprive your body, how to SURVIVE big events, holidays, occasions, etc. The workouts are only 30 minutes a day, in your OWN home, where you can workout in anything you want, and don’t have to feel uncomfortable like people are watching you!! The last group of ladies I did this with lost a TOTAL of 80 pounds between 11 people. EVERYONE who does this program feels amazing, gets healthier and more fit, AND loses weight!! It’s just a matter of telling yourself you are important enough to focus on YOU for only 21 DAYS! I am so excited to start again, and wanted to invite you all to complete this with me!!
