Hey guys, Tommy here! Im the guy who plays guitar and sings (sometimes). As many of you already know, when Jukebox the Ghost tours, I like to stay busy in the van by taking drawing requests from our fans via Twitter. I’ve been doing this for the last several years, which has resulted in dozens and dozens (and dozens) of drawing requests. A turtle going through a midlife crisis? Sure! An eagle questioning its patriotism? On it! Jukebox the Ghost as Beyonce’s backup dancers? Questionable…but...yes! After more than a few people suggested making a compilation book, I decided to go for it — I’ve been working with a phenomenal book designer named Ashley Halsey (check out some of her work at ashleyphalsey) and I’m really excited about the results so far. The only problem: Making a book independently is expensive. That’s why, in lieu of dumping it on Amazon, I’m doing a Kickstarter preorder with some odd/fun extras (signed copies of the book, doodles by request, actual doodles from the book, etc) if it seems like something youd like to buy! I’d be honored if you checked it out. I know the holidays are about to hit everyone like a truck, so I appreciate you even reading beyond the first few sentences when you realized this post wasnt a cat video. Regardless of whether you grab a copy, thanks to all those who have submitted doodle ideas over the last few years.
