Hey guys and girls I have some good and bad news that I need to tell you all and this mainly goes to everyone who has sponsored me and supported me so far with my charity run in aid of Cure Leukaemia, this Sunday. I have some good and bad news... The bad news is that I have a cyst in my lower back region that burst on Saturday, there was a fair bit of bleeding but it is now under control, I am currently off work because of it and cannot lift for about 2 weeks, I cannot go to the gym and cannot go to work yet because of where this cyst is it also means that any excessive movement causes it to rub which in turn makes it pretty sore and painful which in turn means that I have been recommended not to run this Sunday because obviously running 13 miles is extremely excessive movement and could cause the cyst to burst again as well as being very painful. The good news is Im still running the race on Sunday BUT with some limitations. So firstly I may not be running it as that may prove too painful so I may just be walking.... slowly... secondly I have to keep my health in mind, if the pain gets to much I will have to stop and pull out of the race, I could push through the pain but at the risk of causing further damage to myself its really not worth it. I am really sorry to break it to you guys but please be rest assured I will try my very best to do what I can and if I am able to, complete the run. I hope I havent let any of you down with this news but if I have, I am sorry. I also want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has donated to me so far and supported me on my journey towards this big day, this would not have been possible if it wasnt for all of you so from the bottom of my heart, thank you all!
