Hey guys for the benefit of those who have no advert yama-CDPs here is requirements in terms of KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS- and please guys its crucial that you incorporate some of these when crafting your CV (I cant emphasise this enough). KNOWLEDGE: Community Development knowledge, Attitudes and values to engage in the develoment of communities, Understanding of human behaviour and social systems and legislation to assist with interventions at the points where people interact with their environments in order to promote self-empowerment. SKILLS: Ability and competence to co-ordinate community development structures, Project Management, understanding of Social Dynamics, Presentation, Facilitation, Research, Report Writing and Basic Financial Management. DUTIES: Identify and facilitate implementation of Integrated Community Development Interventions in partnership with the community and other relevant stakeholders, Liase and co-ordinate with all internal and external role players to establish partnerships to ensure the sustainability of development actions within the community, Support communities and perform administrative support to community development and related activities, keep to date with new development in the community development field to enhance service delivery.
