Hey guys, from our initial list some of us narrowed down the themes for the 8 rocking chairs we are painting for Habitat for Humanity. Profits from the sale of these rocking chairs will benefit the establishment of the Butlers Preserve community. With this list, were trying to make the best of the 8 opportunities we have and get the ball rolling on creating designs, but if you strongly feel a certain theme should be included rather than one listed here, comment about it! Here are the themes and the people who have so far agreed to head up the designs. If you would like to work on a particular theme, be sure to contact the person listed to collaborate with them, and if no one is listed, feel free to draw up some plans of your own! We can all present our ideas and sketches during art club this Thursday. Van Gogh/Impressionism - Reyna Sigurdson Leonardo da Vinci - Reyna and Brock Norfleet Piet Mondrian - Andres Montenegro Native American - Hector Surrealism - Brock and Rex(?) Cubism - Lydia Knowles Orlando City Soccer (or other organization with which Habitat for Humanity may collaborate) Pop Art Cant wait to start working on this with you all!
