Hey guys hows ur day been? I felt really energised after my gym workout today achieving a 1k run in less than 5 mins on the treadmill - Im gradually improving and getting quicker! Then had a good gymnastics sesh achieving a full beam routine on the high beam without falling off, upstarts done, backward walkovers starting to work on and much more work needed on my pike onto low bar in preparation for sole circles. ;-) Good day of training! ;-D
