Some of our customers in Flaxmere and parts of Hastings reported having seen/heard a large bang, with power cut to some suburbs. Weve checked it out and discovered the location of the fault. It was on a section of 33kV line between Transpowers Fernhill Grid Exit Point and our Flaxmere Substation (for those of you who like the details). All customers should have power restored, but if you do still have a fault, report it on 0800 2 UNISON. Thanks for your updates everyone!
