Hey guys, so one thing Ive been interested in doing for some time is doing some sort of theatre piece that involves sociocultural aspects of punk. And by this I mean, have a play that is part theatre drama, part live music. So have characters who identify as punk (and ideally, performers who identify as punk as well), and whether as part of the narrative or stylistic choice, have live music by a punk band. Ive had a few ideas pop into my head, but nothing past the ohh, wouldnt that be a cool idea to do phrase. Anyways, I came across this video on another Facebook group. Its kinda what I had in mind. But Im curious, is there anyone, maybe a group of people, who be interested in collaborating on a project like this? I myself have extensive experience in the local theatre scene, mostly as a performer, but Ive also directed some things and it is something Im keen to further pursue.
