Hey guys! this part of Erasin Lore is about the Orithal a mighty race of warriors and clans. ~Emory Lore of erasin – Races - Orithals The Orithals are the cousin race of Orcs and are masters of the seas and voyages. They Stand at 8 feet tall and have a head that has tentacle like limbs hanging from the back of it, they range from many different colors such as blue yellow and red with blue being most common and red being classified as a blessing and a sign for greatness. this is their History. At the end of the first Era when Erasin created the breeds of Elves and Men, the Orithals joined in family or clans to find a place to call home. The Orithals idea of an ideal habitat was far from what other Races found comforting. Sand was what the Orithals found most welcoming of erasin, the warmth of the sun beating down upon the sands was found best to the tastes of the Orithals. The Orithals love for the sea came soon later, living on a coastal region bordered by desserts the sea was the only escape from outside countries, they would build vast navies overwhelming other races and proving a step ahead of their rival race, the Orcs. The Orithals and Orcs harsh rivalry and burning hatred for each other was first built by An Orc by the name of Grougmirth of the Blood Skin Tribe, and the Orithal Leader named Fradavsnar of the Frinsillt Clan. About 8 years after the first Era the Orithal Clan of Frinsillt was sent out to explore the lands of erasin and find a proper home for their families, crossing into the territory of the Orcs. Alarmed and determined to protect itself from the unknown intruders Grougmirth of the Blood Skin tribe was sent to meet the unexpected danger. When Fradavsnar was crossing through the land of the Orcs he and his clan was ambushed, enraged and wounded Fradavsnar and his clan fought Grougmirth but were overwhelmed by the Blood Skin tribe. Fradavsnar was then taken to the Orcs home of Ornjarvid to be questioned for his attack on the Orcs. The other Orithal Clans soon herd of word of the capture of the Fradavsnar chieftain of the Frinsillt Clan, so the Orithals decided to send in two other clans known as the Dropnif Clan and the Saerlund Clan to attack and bring Fradavsnar back. When the two Orithal Clans arrived at Ornjarvid they found themselves to be greeted by the 7 tribes of the Orcs. The Orcs saw the 2 Clans of the Orithal and their bravery to stand and fight as a reward the 7 tribes let Fradavsnar free to fight the battle with his kin. The Orithals and Orcs clashed into a bloody battle of guts and glory killing one after another. In the End only 4 Orc tribes remained and the Orcs lost heavy casualties from 378 Orcs to now only 193. The Orithals did not leave without their shares of losses to but nothing quite like what the Orcs lost. Because of the Orcs and Orithals hunger for a worthy opponent their hatred for one another never died out. The Orithals several years later migrated to the southern Coast of Erasin calming the dessert region as their own, and building a vast arsenal of ships to sail and dominate the seas and oceans of Erasin, there is only one other Race that is ever going to be able to challenge the mighty navy of the Orithals and it’s not the Orcs. But that is yet another page of history.
