Hey kelowna! We are a young, early 20s couple looking for a rad person to fill our spare room! We live in a newer 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in mission, close to H2O centre (5 minute walk) as well as bus routes. The place includes your own bedroom, full bathroom, shared laundry room, kitchen, living room, and a patio with a wicked view. You will be given your own outside parking space as well, if needed. We have some cool features too! Like a dishwasher (no one actually likes doing dishes), and an electric fireplace for those cold winter nights :) In the summer time our A/C is well used! You will be responsible for 1/3 of rent (1200/3=400), utilities (Shaw and fortis - price varies), and a damage deposit (half of rent = 200). We are not party people, nor do we drink or smoke cigarettes. We are very clean as well, and we like to stay low key when we are home. Both full time workers (I go to school), and very professional.
