Hey people. Reading the ITS 2014 rules and had a question about some of the secret objectives. The Data Scan one says simply that you must succeed on a WIP-3 roll against any enemy model placed in your deployment zone. It does not say if you need line of sight or what. I would assume it would be the same as hacking, so it would use the hacking rules, but it also clearly says that even if the model has been affected by E/M ammo that it can still attempt it. So does that mean if you loose your hacking device you can still do this particular action through a repeater? Is it always line of sight? What do you think?
