Manage receiving of all raw materials. Perform weekly physical inventory and report needed purchasing to weekly manager’s meeting. Open and close shop every day; enforce open/close procedures and shop clean up. Manage all workstation performance. Hold daily morning production meeting. Qualifications: •Previous work experience, preferred in manufacturing and/or management •Must be hardworking and able to thrive in a busy high production environment •Strong ability to lead and manage others Compensation: •Starting $9.00-$16.50 commensurate with experience •Company paid holidays •Company paid healthcare – Kaiser Permanente Gold, HDS Dental, optional “Be-fit” •Company paid sick time •Paid vacation after one year
