The location and the quality of this place definitely worth the price you pay. Very safe, neat, and comfortable. * You get one roommate, a Taiwanese girl. She is 18, quite, clean, very respectful and kind. She goes to Sylvania campus. She is a non-smoker, (If you are a smoker, you just go out of the apartment and 5 second-distance, there is a outside-smoking area!) * We prefer Asian, must be FEMALE. If you decide to move in, we expect you to be responsible and to be clean.
