Hey, techie people. Help me choose a server-side framework for a little web app Im building: Im building a set of simple REST services to store and make available objects of a few different types. Id use a relational DB by default, but would consider something else. I have essentially no server-side business logic - it will just be CRUD operations, perhaps with a few different list and sort methods. I want to use a language / framework that I dont already use a lot. That means no Java, PHP, Perl, or Node. Id prefer to use a language / framework that people think is interesting rather than something thats just more of the same or something thats legacy. I need to use a language that runs cleanly on *nix (ie, open source, not too complex to install) Suggestions?
