Hey whanau its wonderful to be back in the swing of things ;-D, lets hope the winter bugs have done there dash and its all up and out from here on into our summer months whoop whoop!! Still missing the lovely Sarah Meads, Raewyn and Mike but great to have Tasi, Selina and Adrian back with us ;-D, welcome to our new participants Jo, Tanya, Tia, Tiana, Rochelle.....u guys are doing great and of course a big shout out to our regular everlasting crew our two Lindas, Stacey, Brent, Mary, Rochelle, Tessa, Autumn, Lorna......keep up the good work whanau, its healthy to move so keep it real....."be there or be round!"
