Hhmmmm...I have had a phone call 6 times today from what the caller ID says Breast Cancer. I didnt bother at first, because so many caller IDs are spoofed, but finally gave in tonight. The woman acts like were old friends, then says if youll just verify your home address for me, Ill get this prepaid envelope out tonight so you can send in your donation. I said, Im sorry, but I have medical expenses of my own and I cant right now. She got rude and raised her voice, saying, I dont think you understand how desperately some of these women need help! To which I replied, You have no idea how well I understand illness, cancer and medical expenses, and furthermore, I personally know of many people with cancer I would help before sticking CASH in an envelope not knowing who will really get it.
