Hi All. I, Surendra Kumar from Seemapuri Constituency, Delhi, would like to write down my agenda and “MY VISION” for upcoming election of Member of Legislative Assembly, Delhi. I hereby take public oath on a Stamp Paper that, if I am elected as an MLA, 1. I shall give in written on STAMP PAPER that I shall not take a single penny of my salary for all 5 years as an MLA. The day I am elected I shall go to a government bank for filing loan papers. This loan amount shall be 60 lac rupees, which is round figure of my 5 years salary as an MLA. 2. I shall facilitate constructing a 24X7 OPEN state-of-the-art library like Jawahalal Nehru University owns, which shall cost around 1 Carore rupee. That money will be managed by 40 lac public donation + 60 lac rupee my salary which we shall get from Bank in advance as a loan. 3. This liberary campus would be added with a small scale police station to facilitate security to the readers, especially for women folks. 4. I shall facilitate establishing an especial “Seemapuri Vidhansabha Radio Station” which help address social problems of this region. 5. Common man is “Boss” and and elected person is “Servant of the common people”. So, with this spirit, I shall deliver “Weekly Activities Report” on this radio station, which will constitute 1. How many problems came to me from the people of my area? 2. How many problems were fully addressed and settled down? And 3. How many problems are in-progress and their status? 6. I shall facilitate laying gas pipeline in my area, which will help people getting way less cheaper gas right in their homes than in the conventional way of buying gas cylinder. Data says that gas pipeline cost 25 percent cost of what we pay for gas-cylinder. 7. I have lived in Japan (TOKYO) for two years for my higher studies. Japan is known for is cleanliness, for its esthetic sense. I dare to make public promise that I shall turn my area as clean as Tokyo City of Japan in my 5 years of term as an MLA. This work is really a daunting job, but I would like to take this job. If my name goes for “Good Work”, it will the work for which I shall be known. It’s a job which can be normally accomplished in 50 years, but that where I want to prove my “Experience and Wisdom” as a Japanese Language scholar. It will be a social experiment. 8. Again I would like to make public promise for a daunting job, and that is “I shall Create Self-Employment” for one thousand people of my area. It will be one more “Social Experiment” from my side. 9. I shall facilitate construction of “Swimming Pools” in all government school of my area. 10. We all know that MCD schools have no toilets and proper drinking water facility. I shall facilitate state of the art washroom in all government school and safe tap water, running 24X7. 11. For class 6th-12th government schools, I shall provide “1feetX1feet Locker” or bigger one, so that they can use it for their sport clothing and stationary. 12. I shall begin an intense MOVEMENT for 24X7 safe water in our tap without using motor, which was the case 15 years ago, that we used to drink water anywhere in our street any time, and that too this water was so safe that we did not need any water cleaning machine. I shall bring back those days. 13. I make public promise that every government park will have 24X7 safe dinking water tap for common people. 14. Top professional shall be supported for “Work and Studies” abroad. A fully dedicated committee will be set-up for the same, which will be right under my supervision. 15. “GrandPa-GranMa” parks shall be designated in every area. These parks shall be “BANNED” for risky sports like “Cricket” so that elderly people can have their slow and safe time.
