Hi All. I am new to this group and to handling wool. I became a lucky owner of about 70 lbs of various fleeces that came from friends flock in WV. Since I will not likely to use all of it, I would like to sell a portion but am not completely sure how to price or evaluate the quality. As far as I can tell there are 4 types of fleece of diverse coloring in my stash, with staple length ranging from 4 to 7 inch with no pulling applied. There is some vm. The breeds are English boarder Leicester, Romney, Finn, East Fresion. If you feel competent enough to look at it and give me your take on quality, price range, what would be the best uses for it, I would be happy to send you a one pound sampler of all 4 for $5 plus $5 shipping (if you are in the US), if you are one of the first 5 repliers.
