Hi All!! The new locks have been received for the University Columns Pedestrian Gates. There is fabrication required for the new locks and the vendor is scheduled to be on site Wednesday. You will need to bring your student ID into the University Columns office in order to receive the new gate code. You can begin coming into the office at 1:30 today to receive the new gate code. All three pedestrian gates will receive the new locks. This is a new design for the gates and a completely different lock. This lock is strictly mechanical and requires no batteries. Due to the design of the lock the gate code has to change. Stop by the office between this afternoon and next Wednesday to receive the new gate code. Please notify your roommates in case they do not see this post. I do apologize for the inconvenience this will cause you but it was the most efficient way to secure the gates.
