GRIEVING OVER THE LOSS OF DADDY CARRELL As for me, losing Daddy Carrell, all of a sudden, really caught me off guard, and instead of Grieving, I put my Pain off to the side, though I wanted to Hurt and Grieve, I felt like I couldnt because I needed to help Momma and My Kids with their Grieving. Heres what Ive learned on how to process My Grieving. This Verse has always been my favorite verse, and The Lord showed me through it, how to deal with all that has happened to me. John 11 :35 Jesus Wept 1 - The Pain I feel and the tears that I have shed, over losing My Daddy indicate that I have the ability to Love. I dont want The Lord to take my pain away, because if He did, then I would lose my ability to Love. 2 - My ability to Love, means I have the ability to Grieve. So Im able to Grieve because I Love My Daddy. So instead of saying,Lord take this Hurt and Pain away from me! Im thanking The Lord for giving me the ability to Love the ones Im Grieving over. 3 - I allow myself to cry. Sometimes while in my truck on the way to Memphis and back, I just bust out in tears and cry, and thats a good thing because I realized that if Jesus cried, then its ok for me to cry. I just wanted to share this with yall, hoping it may help someone who has lost someone close them. God Bless Everyone, now time to get ready for mine and Lilliebugs Picnic. I LOVE MY KIDS!!!!
