Hi All..Todays outcome in crown court......we were in court about an hour. .He pleaded not guilty..the judge said he couldnt believe that this man was still in posession of a driving licence, so until all future court procedings have compleeted, his licence has been revoked and can only travel in a vehicle in rear seats only, not as a front passanger either and only when he needs to travel...the next hearing wll be in front of a jury, who will be warned before the start that there will be graphic events during the hearing...the next hearing will be judged by a jury.!!
