Hi Cong Nene Gov Mendiola...Good pm po. The new NPC gen set units designed for 24 hrs baseload operation in the Mamburao area already deployed last Sept 6. There shd be no more brownout in d area. As to Sablayan, the 2.5mw PB 106 is scheduled to be restored on Sept 14. We need to work po on d DOJ lot asap so d coop could put up d substation n solve d undervoltage problem. Deployment of genset rental is quite a challenge at d moment since NPC usually needs 1 and half years to put up a spug unit. The ff are needed to be set up: 1. Creation of a Spug/Cost Center 2. Secure Site with corresponding ECC 3. Fuel budget 4.Manpower 5. Fuel Tank. It may be done but it would be faster and economical for govt to just complete d substation. FYI po.:)
