Hi Craig Gerald Thompson, thank you for the review, apologies we couldnt help and we did explain this to you and your friend last week, both the iPhone and the iPad had had been repaired elsewhere previously. The iPad screen was lifting from the surround as it had not been sealed properly and the iPhone 5 screen had been replaced and treated for water damage elsewhere and was still not functioning correctly. In regard to both issues, we advised returning to the place where the original repair was completed as they were obviously not repaired to an acceptable standard. We should not be held responsible that we cannot help with items that have been improperly repaired by other individuals. We offer a high standard of service and to attempt to rectify the problems would have resulted in the devices leaving our store not working to the standard that we ensure our devices are always repaired to, and we are not prepared to compromise on quality. Our reviews of previous repairs reflect this. iFix
