Hi Everybody! This precious cutie is Fosster. They said her name was Fossie when we adopted her but she never seemed to respond to that...so we ended up calling her girl b/c she responded to that immediately. She has also, after some time, begun to respond to Fosster. When we adopted her in August 2012 they told us she was 2 years old, which seemed about right to the vet. Someone worked at training her before we got her b/c she is very obedient and knows to sit. She is a pleaser and a people person (er, dog). She loves company and is a good companion. She is still playful, but has not got the hyperactive energy of a puppy. If you are sitting on the couch, she will plop down and sit at your feet. We need to find her a good home. Though she would be fine with kids I believe she would be best suited as a companion to an older person or a middle aged person without children...someone looking for a companion, who has a steady amount of time to spend with her. We cant spend hardly any time with her at all b/c of our schedules. She weighs somewhere between 30-40 lbs. She has red/brown coat. Double short hair. They said she was a boxer/lab mix. Super sweet and loving. She will talk to you...its funny. Please let me know if you know of anyone who would be a great fit for her!
