Hi Everyone, An email has just been sent out to all exhibitors who are showing at this coming weekends RFS/RBA US Show. This email states the new official RFS show policy and there will be no exceptions. Dear Valued Exhibitor, Thank you for your entry. We really appreciate you supporting our US judge show. Emailing to remind all exhibitors the show rules on vetting in. These will be strictly enforced to ensure a smooth running show. Vetting in is between 8am and will be finishing strictly at 9.30am. Exhibitors must be lined up in the vetting in line no later than 9.15am or a $20 late vetting in fee will be charged. This will give the vetting in officers time to vet in all exhibits before 9.30am and all exhibits must be penned before 9.45am. First exhibits will be called to the show table at 10am. If your rabbit misses its call as it’s not penned it will be disqualified and not judged. Also please note, any form of mite/parasite is an automatic vetting out regardless if they have been sprayed/treated prior to the show. Also weeping eyes, dirty front paws, snotty noses and any concerns in the genital region will also cause a rabbit to be vetted out. This is for the health and wellbeing of all other exhibitors rabbits. The head vetting in officer, Maria Catacouzinos, decision is final. Look forward to seeing you all at the show.
