Hi Everyone I am an MCom Business Management student at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. My thesis focuses on the Preparation, training and support requirements of expatriate trailing spouses and aims to compare what expat spouses need while overseas in a foreign country to what they are receiving from their companies. The results of this study should enable companies to develop complete and relevant preparation and support programmes to ease the adjustment process for expat spouses.
