Not only was he the best manager I ever worked for, he was a great teacher, too. I still tap into the marketing and communication lessons I learned from him. Bob is an expert in the field of Communications and on “The Power of Branding.” A prolific writer, he is author of numerous academic and business articles, and two books: The Agile Manager’s Guide to Managing Change and most recently, Integrated Strategic Communication: Influencing and Changing Public Opinion and Behavior. He has over 30 years of experience in organizational communications. Retired from teaching at Roger Williams University, Bob has served as adjunct faculty at Boston University, Simmons College, and Worcester State and Fitchburg State Universities. At Clark University, he currently teaches health communications, marketing communications, and organizational behavior and leadership to graduate students both in the United States and Poland.
