Hi Everyone, Lisa here. Time for some serious post talk. We know that weve disappointed a lot of people with our postage issues and we are continually working to fix them, and improve them. Step one has been to welcome Cassie to the Sweet Magazine team, shes going back through emails and Facebook messages to make sure that everyone is contacted and everyone gets their orders as soon as possible. I understand that our communication and customer service has been lacking in our order and subscription department, and so were excited to have Cassie on board to get everything under control so that we can go back to enjoying reading Sweet!
