Hi! Great to see some of you tonight for the last 5:45pm class at st kilda! We finished off the course with some challenging new exercises that will have probably uncovered a new muscle or two! I will start another round of st kilda classes on Mondays from next week. The new start time will be 6pm. These will run from 18th August-22nd September (6 weeks) . Price is $10 a class with a discount available if you book on all 6 weeks. This class booked out fast last time but There is still plenty of room at this stage, so feel free to encourage friends along! Check under notes in the menu for details.
