To provide the back support to overseas clients. 2. Online web and chat support 3. Chatting with two or three clients in one time 4. Email support and management 5. The information which will be provided to clients will be based on the process. 6. It is completely non-voice and back support profile Training period- Training period would be of 3 months. Two months off the job training (class room training) and one month on the job training (on floor training).
